Foundation Program

The Foundation Program is designed to help you build a strong, confident starting point in your fitness journey. You’ll follow a structured workout plan that focuses on proper form, consistency, and learning the fundamentals you need to progress safely and effectively.

• 3-week rotating workout plans

• Weekly check-ins
• Messaging support
• Technique guidance

Accountability Program

The Accountability Program is built to keep you consistent, supported, and progressing with clarity. This program gives you the structure and guidance you need to stay on track while adding an extra layer of personalized support to help you refine your technique and fuel your body properly.

Includes:
• Everything in Foundation
• 2 workouts per week
• Macro guidance
• Weekly check-ins
• Messaging support

Hybrid Program

Train from anywhere with structured support every step of the way. The Virtual Coaching Program gives you personalized programming, weekly accountability, and ongoing guidance so you can stay consistent and make real progress — no matter your schedule.

Includes:
• Personalized 3-week training workout rotations
• Demo videos
• Weekly check-in call (15–20 minutes)
• Access to videos 
• Messaging support Monday–Friday
• Progress tracking

Virtual Program

The Hybrid Program blends the connection of in-person coaching with the flexibility of virtual support. You’ll get hands-on guidance each week, plus structured programming and accountability between sessions for the perfect balance of both worlds.

Includes:
• 1 in-person session a month 
• Personalized 3-week phases
• Demo videos
• Weekly check-in (your in-person session can count)
• Messaging support Monday–Friday
